The degree of teachers' participation in the organization and management of the school :Cases of elementary schools in Attica
School unit is an organization. A "living" organization in which relationships, positions and contradictions are developed among all parts, whether they are called students, parents or educators. The school as a body that performs functions and as a whole consisting of parts is necessary to function smoothly while performing all the functions for which it exists. One part of the functions performed by the teachers and the manager within the school is the organization and the administration of the school, which take place through decision-making, decision-implementation , disagreements, cooperation, programming, targeting, etc. Does this happen? Does the manager co-decide with the teachers on the organization and administration of the school? Who is making the decisions, who implements the decisions , to which extent are teachers involved, what issues they make decisions about , what issues they disagree about, what role the manager has in the decision-making process , are some of the questions that have been attempted to clarify in this work.
