The job satisfaction of teachers by the decision-making in the management bodies of the secondary education units
Summary:
The aim of this paper is to determine how decision-making in the management bodies of the secondary education units is related to the job satisfaction of teachers, both individually and as a team within a group).
Initially, the theoretical approach of the subject is investigated and then the research. It investigates the degree of job satisfaction with regard to the way the Teachers' Association decides, then the Director and, finally, the personal responsibility in the collective decisions
To conduct the survey, Google Form's structured questionnaire with 40 closed-ended questions was used as a methodological tool. Among these, 11 are related to demographic characteristics and 29 opinion questions, structured on the basis of the LIKERT five-step scale.

The results showed that teachers at a relatively high percentage are satisfied with the decision-making process (without missing the dissatisfied) by the school management.

They have a sense of responsibility in their work, they are willing to take innovative decisions and to implement them. On the other hand, not only teachers but also educators (managers) are ignorant of the cognitive prejudices that affect their decisions in the school environment.

Therefore, it is crucial to train the headmasters and the educators as well as the teachers in matters of cognitive bias and NLP courses.

This will lead to a different way of thinking that will bring new ways of making decisions, involving everyone or almost everyone for a more complex and consensual outcome.

Therefore, this effort will smooth over the differences and create a combination of views, initiatives and personal opinions in the era of postmodernity, knowledge and information, for a better world without prejudice.
