Ακουστική και ψυχοακουστική μελέτη του στούντιο LabMAT: διερεύνηση της επίδρασης της διάταξης των περιστρεφόμενων ακουστικών πάνελ
Translated title:
Acoustic and psychoacoustic study of studio LabMAT: investigation of the effect of the state of the rotating acoustic panels
Summary:
This thesis examines the acoustic properties of the larger part of the separated studio LabMAT’s recording room, and the effect of the rotating wall panels’ layout. Acoustic measurements of 58 different layouts have been performed, following the recommendations of the current ISO standards. Acoustic parameters have been calculated from the measurements’ impulse responses, across six frequency bands and eight listening positions, for maximum and minimum absorption layouts. The room‘s model was created using CATT Acoustic. The results of both measurements and simulations are presented and compared to those of previous acoustic studies of the room. The results of this study can be used towards the better use of the recording room.
