Summary:
The present work entitled "Distance learning and pedagogical teaching visions with new applications of Open Educational Resources" deals with four research questions focusing on the topic of work. Through these four research questions, an attempt is made to provide answers to them, covering the subject of this work thoroughly. Open Educational Resources, part of the title of the work, includes MOOCs, which are now widely used and are an integral part of distance learning. The use of OERs and MOOCs is also associated with the corresponding pedagogical considerations in teaching. The pedagogical considerations used are related to their correct and optimal use in the teaching process. The co-existence of OERs, MOOCs and appropriate pedagogical visas is examined whether or not there are Open Universities. Distance learning combined with MOOCs, OERs and appropriate pedagogical considerations must be at the same time and be an integral part of Open Universes by providing free or paid education to all trainees by eliminating the boundaries of space and time. It is worth mentioning that there is a reference to people with disabilities using MOOCs and OERs for their education. The four research questions that form the core of the whole work are: 1) What are MOOCs?, 2) What are Open Educational Resources?, 3) What pedagogical considerations are used in MOOCs and OERs?, 4) What is the contribution of MOOCs and OERs to the pedagogical process within Open Universities?. The structure of this work has been organized on the basis of answering the above questions in order to support and cover the subject matter in a multifaceted way.
