Summary:
The purpose of this study was not to analyze the provisions of competition law in general.
Attention has focused, in particular, on how the competition rules apply in the field of shipping.
An effort has been made to examine in depth the specificities of the application of the competition rules in the field of shipping and to highlight and analyze the specificities and exceptions of competition rules concerning liner shipping, tramp shipping, information exchange agreements and port services.
