Innovation and the business process necessitate the use of the resources at its disposal, in order opportunities and stimuli stemming from scientific and technological research to be exploited. Furthermore, the need to develop new products or services in the marker, are vital. Human resources management should implement digital innovations such as the internet of things and artificial intelligence to increase worker efficiency and productivity. New digital innovations are involved in all human resource management and development processes, offering multiple benefits and changing recruiting, recruitment, evaluation, training and staff development.
