Investigation of the different power of main and non-main hand in athletes
Summary:
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the power difference in the skillful and non-manual Drive hit. A sample of the survey consisted of 104 players ages 8 to 14 from specific sports clubs. The dynamometer was used as the measuring instrument. The results of the research showed a significant difference in strength between the two hands while the strength increases according to the age of the players. This difference in the strength of the two limbs can lead to muscle hypertrophy.Muscle empowerment is widely accepted as bringing many benefits to athletes, if this is done properly and under surveillance. An important difference is that athletes see not only their body but also their performance. The correct use of muscle strength will help not to increase their muscle mass but their strength. Finally, training with the right guidance will protect athletes from injuries. The hypotheses of this study were at least confirmed at one point. In summary, the results showed that there is a significant difference in the power between skillful and non-manual tennis athletes, while the age of the athlete is also important in terms of the whole process of empowerment.
