Summary:
The right to personal story is a new right. It is distinguished from other rights similar rights such as right to personality, privacy right, right to informational self determination and the right to be forgotten. Freedom of artistic expression of writers of autofiction, non fiction literature and fictional biographies can restrict the right as well as public¨s right to be informed of true stories. In a search of a fair balance between those rights, a new judicial methodology is attempted.
