Τhe present thesis is about the treatment of the associations of persons not having legal personality. The code of Greek civil procedure, permits the capacity of being parties to associations of persons even when not having been accorded legal personality. The issues that this study deals with are mainly the legitimation of these associations in civil proceedings and the subjective limits of res judicata and enforcement in these proceedings.
