Summary:
The present study aims to shed light in the relationship between Theory of Mind and Moral Development among preschool children and adds to a long series of researches that attempted to establish a connection between Theory of Mind skills and mature Moral Judgments. Now more than ever there is an imperative need for a deeper understanding of the process of moral development and it’s relation to other mental skills. The concrete research findings can form the context within which the educational practice will be reformed according to the sociopedagogical principles. Moral development and the cultivation of sociopedagogical ethos should be considered as high priorities of modern education.
