Summary:
Cerebral palsy left the individual colors, vectors quadriplegia and paraplegia. In quadriplegia, there are two different and special extremities in the divisions, and we find specific dysfunctions in the table. In the paraplegia, the two extra limbs are folded. The two lower extremities suffer from paraplegia. The diagnosis of quadriplegia and paraplegia can be made very early in a child's life. The specific problems that coexist with these two types of cerebral palsy are numerous. Thus, the child may develop physical dysfunctions, difficulty moving, deformity, spasticity and lying down. In addition, special problems can extend to vision, hearing, speech development, and communication. At the same time, sometimes cerebral palsy coexists with mental retardation, learning disabilities or psychosocial difficulties. In the process of dealing with special difficulties, the cooperation of doctors, physiotherapists, specialists, teachers and parents is required. There ways of treatment vary. They include pharmaceutical and surgical treatment, occupational therapy and physiotherapy, support from parents and special educators, use of aids such as orthostats, splints, wheelchairs, etc.
