Summary:
The purpose of this research is to investigate empirical aspects of the phenomenon of teacher cooperation in relation to the following conceptual axes:
A. The school environment in which the social phenomenon of cooperation appears.
B. The forms of appearance of the collaboration.
C. The results brought about by the cooperation at the level of teachers, students and the school unit.
D. The role of the administration of the school unit in promoting the obstruction of the cooperation of the teachers within the school unit.
Of course, the conclusions that will emerge from the present study are not intended to be generally valid. However, it is considered important to gain an insight into the views of teachers and educators (Principals - Deputy Principals of school units, School Counselors), for all the questions that are directly related to their cooperation within the school unit.
