Summary:
The present diploma thesis aims to determine the degree of importance of three factors of modern management for telecommunication companies, which is innovation, marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility. The methodology is followed by a review of the most important Greek-language and foreign-language bibliography, for which the databases of the Internet have been found.
The results highlight the importance of these three variables for telecommunications companies as they drive them to create and maintain a competitive edge in an everevolving market, due to constant and intensified technological advances and internet applications. The conclusions of this diploma thesis demonstrate the need for telecommunications companies to invest in innovation, use the most sophisticated marketing tools to attract consumers, and design social responsibility practices, to enhance their social profile in local communities.
