Biological age and stress
Summary:
Introduction. In today's society where life expectancy has increased, lifestyle has changed and stress appears earlier, and the combination of chronicity and socioeconomic status leads to more chronic diseases associated with age, disability and mortality, there is a need for effective stress management and lifestyle improvement. Stress is considered the epidemic of the 21st century.
Methodology. An innovative, holistic, non-pharmaceutical interventional method lasting 8 weeks was applied in a sample (N = 27.19 + 8) of two groups of "seemingly healthy" adult male and female population between 2018-2019. With the systematic application of the technique and in In combination with the verses of the Golden Epics of Pythagoras, cognitive reconstruction is achieved, with simultaneous observation and correction.
The purpose of this study is to study biological age and stress and to describe the process followed and the objectives are on the one hand whether the intervention through the technique of "Pythagorean Self-Knowledge" to manage stress, improve memory and wellness, will affect the biological markers of proteasomes and telomere length and on the other hand if the program affects the lifestyle (exercise, diet, sleep), participants, stress, depression, anxiety, positive or negative emotions , in anger, in internal composition, in the health control center and in cognitive abilities.
Results. Biological age differs from chronological age, and DNA damage, proteasome disorders, oxidative stress, telomeres and stress contribute to aging. Proteolysis, proteasomes and telomere length decrease with age, chronic diseases, chronic pain and psychological and non-psychological stress, and stress is directly related to lifestyle and biological indicators.
The implementation of the program had statistically significant differences in healthy lifestyle and personal control (HLPCQ), significant improvement in perceived stress, depression, depression scale, stress, stress, negative emotions, anger, nutritional self-control, in sleep, in internal composition, in conscience, in mental fatigue, in loneliness, in pride, in cognitive functions but also in biological age, since the length of telomeres had a statistically significant increase.
Conclusions. Influencing brain physiology and cellular health appears to improve health and longevity
The intervention of Pythagorean self-knowledge is multifactorial and seems to
affects individuals in better lifestyle choices, conscious, effective changes, proper stress management and increasing biological age.
