Summary:
Introduction: Emergency oncological problems are common in emergency medicine and nursing. These patients are an important part of ICU visits and have a high hospital admission rate.
Aim: The aim of this study was to search the literature, in order to investigate the emergency oncological problems that occur in cancer patients and need treatment in the hospital environment.

Results: Totally, 8 articles included. Emergency problems were hyponatremia, adrenal insufficiency after chemotherapy, malignant spinal compression, acute airway bleeding caused by bronchoscopy, and pericardial occlusion.
