Summary:
The meaning of the patient adherence in their medical treatment has been troubled the medical community since ancient times. The reduced patient adherence leads to purest therapeutic effect. So, different studies have been conducted, through the years, to find out the causes of this phenomenon solve the problem. In this general context, the present research, studies different factors that affect the patient compliance. The present study is limited beyond the social, economical, educational and age status of the pregnant women that take anticoagulant medication, and the communicational background between patient and doctor as well.
