Summary:
This paper deals with the relationship between stress and the creativity of primary education teachers in specific school environments, such as the Experimental Schools of Greece. In particular, stress is investigated in relation to the socio-demographic elements of the participating teachers and at the same time it identifies differences that appear in these goals when they are related to their creativity. The bibliographic part of the work analyzes the basic terms such as creativity, its characteristics, its connection with Social Pedagogy and Social Neuroscience, as well as a whole chapter studies the Experimental schools in Greece, their provisions and the innovations they introduce in the educational community, while researches that have been carried out over the years related to the above concepts are mentioned. This study was carried out with the help of quantitative research and with the use of the research tool of the questionnaire. After all the data was collected, analyzed and processed with the help of the SPSS statistical program, the results of the research confirmed the hypothesis that indeed teachers' stress does not affect their creativity. Based on the specific results, it is deemed necessary in future research to carry out research with a larger sample and investigation in secondary education as well, in order to compare these results.
