Summary:
The present diploma study is prepared in the framework of the educational process of the "Educational Technology & Human Resource Development" Master's Program and focuses on change management in Greek secondary education. Specifically, this opinion studies an ideal educational system against reality, anticipating the completion of a hybrid model. The research aims to better understand and improve educational processes, based on systemic theory and polarity management.

The text, based on the principles of systemic theory and polarity management, aims to explore and approach ideal practices and understand the existing model, seeking to develop an effective hybrid education model. This research's importance lies in understanding the contemporary needs of secondary education and adapting it to current socio-economic conditions to provide a more complete and satisfying educational experience. The research questions than concern the problematic of the current diplomatic perception of change, the perceptions of the ideal system and the integration of technology in education. This paper hopes to highlight the existing challenges and propose development strategies.

The importance of adapting the system to modern needs, with emphasis on digital integration and the need for a system that can face the modern challenges of society and the market.
