Communication and & marketing strategy: the case of the Organization "The Smile of the child"
Summary:
This thesis analyzes the communication strategy and actions of the "Smile of the
Child" organization through a combined approach of quantitative and qualitative
research. In the context of the quantitative research, data was collected from 300
respondents, while in the qualitative research, interviews were conducted with
executives and volunteers of the organization. The analysis of the data revealed that,
despite widespread knowledge and public satisfaction with the organization's actions,
there is room for improvement in communication and information. At the same time,
the need to increase transparency and trust towards the public is emphasized. The
paper concludes with concrete proposals to strengthen the organization's strategic
communication in order to increase its effectiveness and influence in society.
