The use of animation in education

The aim of this research is to deepen the educational dimension of animation with a special focus on creativity, which is the top of the Bloom pyramid. At the same time, the ambition of this research is its contribution to the discussion that has developed on the introduction of animation in education in Greece and internationally.
More specifically, the survey captures the results of the observation of the researcher in a animation workshop which related to the interdisciplinary approach to the Language course and which involved students from four different countries (Spain, Slovakia, Croatia, Greece).
A qualitative method was used in this survey and the data was collected through participatory observation and through semi-structured interviews.
The objectives and research questions of the research were achieved as this can be seen from the findings of the research and the laboratory in which the researcher participated.
