Summary:
This study, situated within the scientific field of Social Neuroscience and Social Pedagogy, investigates the school unit as an organization and the job satisfaction of teachers through a socio-pedagogical intervention. Conducted during the period of 2023-2024, it employed a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires, written interviews, and researcher diaries, and analyzed using statistical methods and thematic analysis. The findings indicate that the implementation of the socio-pedagogical intervention significantly improved communication and collaboration among teachers, thereby enhancing their job satisfaction. In conclusion, the study demonstrates that improving communication and collaboration substantially contributes to the increased performance of school organizations. However, the research is limited by the small sample size and the restricted geographical area of the study. Further research is recommended with larger and more representative samples, as well as in different geographical areas, to verify the findings and broaden the application of results to other educational units. This aims to continuously improve teachers’ communication and collaboration skills and enhance the overall performance of school organizations.
