Due to the complexity and speed prevailing in the modern western world with constant changes and transitions in the lives and careers of individuals, the role of career counseling has become even more prominent. This importance multiplies if we consider the obligations, particularities and transitions of the profession of the secondary humanities teacher nowadays. In this context, this thesis aims to investigate the level of psychological resilience and professional well-being of secondary humanities teachers in Greece, highlighting the importance of the two aforementioned competencies.
