Summary:

This paper attempts a comprehensive view of the right to education, studying both domestic and EU law. A brief analysis of the individual provisions is attempted, with the assistance of first historical interpretation, then grammar and finally systematic. Furthermore, it includes a detailed presentation of the provisions of Law 5094/2024 concerning the establishment of branches of foreign universities in Greece, and finally the presentation of the most prevalent supportable views regarding the constitutionality of the new law, as well as their evaluative assessment.
