Summary:
This thesis focuses on the evaluation of adaptive learning environments. An
overview of the literature has been conducted on standards and methods used for
usability evaluation. Moreover, the particular methods such as SUS and
heuristics, were used to evaluate the adaptive educational hypermedia system
INSPIREus. The particular results provided evidence about the effectiveness of
the system and small improvements will entail an exceptional level of
performance.
