Summary:
This project aims to quantitative correlation of basic ingredients of beer as
the alcohol title, total acidity, sugars and glycerin to the refractive index
and boiling point. We found a mathematical relationship between the refractive
index and boiling point of different beer samples and the concentrations of
basic components of beer. For this reason, we used the method of regression,
which helps us to understand the alteration of the dependent variables
(refractive index and boiling point), when one of the independent variables are
changed (alcohol, acidity, sugars and glycerin), while the rest remain
constant.
