Original Title:
Heteroclinic, Homoclinic and Periodic Orbits in Hamiltonian systems for critical values of energy
Languages:
English
Translated title:
Heteroclinic, Homoclinic and Periodic Orbits in Hamiltonian systems for critical values of energy
Summary:
The problem considered is the existence of heteroclinic, homoclinic and
periodic orbits of Hamiltonian systems in the classical mechanis case where bounded
trajectories u : R \in R^{n} connect points on level sets of the potential function −W
and solve the systems : u_{xx} = W_{u}(u) − cu_{x} and u_{xx} = W_{u}(u). These level sets
considered have at most a finite number of distinct components.
