Summary:
The textbook is a very important tool and in some cases the sole means of supporting mathematics teaching and learning. It therefore has to provide innovative resources and the inherent intention of using it must be to support teaching and learning. A task is essential when it is intended to inspire students in a series of solutions, each of which uses different aspects of the mathematical structure of the teaching objective, so that at the end of the lesson the interest and attention of the students will be directed to essential mathematics, which emerge as a component of different aspects. These activities are very similar to the problems that one may encounter in everyday life. The purpose of this study is to record and analyze problems in context in elementary school grades A, III and E. Framing problems were sometimes analyzed based on the type of frame, sometimes based on the information provided and the type of cognitive requirement. It was found that despite the fact that a significant number of problems are framed, it is done in a way that does not promote the connection and reasoning of pupils / maths with respect to mathematical concepts.
