Περίληψη:
Sjogren's syndrome (SS) is a systemic autoimmune rheumatic disease primarily affecting lachrymal and salivary glands, leading to dry eyes and dry mouth, respectively. Virtually any organ/system can be affected and respiratory involvement is quite common among SS patients. It is heterogeneous and primarily manifests as airway and interstitial lung disease, leading to higher mortality rates and lower quality of life. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.
