Measurement of the CP-violation parameter eta(00) using tagged
(K)over-bar(0) and K-0

{The CP-violation parameter eta(00) is determined through the
eigentime-dependent asymmetry in the rates of initially tagged (K) over
bar(0) and K-0 decaying to pi(0) pi(0). From the analysis of the
complete data set we obtain the values
\textbackslash{}eta(00)\textbackslash{} = {[}2.47 +/- 0.31(stat) +/-
0.24(syst.)] x 10(-3) and phi(00) = 42.0(0) +/- 5.6(stat.)(0) +/-
