Intraductal papilloma (IP) constitutes a rare benign neoplasm among male population with only few reports on childhood patients. Herein, we describe an 11-year-old IP male patient who presented with spontaneous nipple discharge of his right breast. © 2017, Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
